Prohibited Items

1. Insertion, coercion, or any act that the esthetician dislikes. If verbal abuse, violence, threats, or stalking are discovered, a fine of 2 million yen will be immediately imposed. 2. Use by individuals with sexually transmitted diseases, poor hygiene, or those who appear to have such conditions. 3. Use by competitors or those engaging in scouting activities. If scouting activities are discovered, a fine of 2 million yen will be immediately imposed. 4. Use by individuals affiliated with organized crime or other anti-social forces. 5. Taking or using drugs, or demanding that the esthetician use drugs. 6. Acts of violence or any act that harms the esthetician. 7. If filming, eavesdropping, or surreptitious filming is discovered using video cameras, digital cameras, camera phones, or other devices during the session, a fine of 1 million yen or more will be imposed. 8. Intoxication or any behavior deemed unsuitable for service by our establishment for hygiene reasons will result in termination of service. 9. Detaining a client beyond the scheduled service time. 10. Soliciting or promoting estheticians outside of our establishment. 11. Cancellation after meeting the girl and once the session has begun will incur a cancellation fee of 10,000 yen. Please understand this beforehand. Failure to abide by the above rules will result in reporting to the authorities. Failure to comply will result in refusal of future service and a claim for damages of 1 million yen or more. Furthermore, if any of the above actions occur during the service, the service will be immediately terminated. In such cases, no refunds will be given. Please understand this in advance.
