Prohibited Items

1. Persons under the age of 18 2. Persons engaging in or being coerced into sexual intercourse 3. Persons affiliated with organized crime groups or similar organizations, or persons with tattoos 4. Persons with sexually transmitted diseases, or those who appear to have them 5. Persons who are heavily intoxicated 6. Persons in the same industry or similar fields, those attempting to recruit our companions, or those suspected of doing so 7. Individuals who take or use drugs or substances classified as such, or those who bring such substances onto the premises and encourage companions to use them, as well as those suspected of doing so 8. Any other individuals whom the establishment or the companions deem unsuitable for use of our services 9. Individuals who engage in filming using electronic devices such as video cameras, digital cameras, or camera-equipped cell phones (including covert filming or suspected covert filming) 10. Individuals who solicit or invite a companion outside the establishment’s mediation, or who ask for a companion’s contact information 11. Behavior that a companion finds objectionable (stalking, verbal abuse, threats, violence, defamation on social media, etc.) *If you engage in any illegal activity, we will report it to the police and take legal action. *If you engage in conduct that violates our Prohibited Acts or Terms of Use, or if such conduct results in a companion taking a leave of absence or resigning from the establishment, we will claim damages, compensation for emotional distress, medical expenses, lost wages, and other costs totaling 2 million yen or more.
