Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases. If a woman is injured due to excessive demands for services, or due to abuse or harm inflicted upon her, you will be required to pay damages, including compensation for pain and suffering, as well as compensation for her lost wages. In the event of a sudden cancellation after booking or if we are unable to contact you, we will attempt to contact you the following day or later to collect payment. Bookings will only be accepted after any outstanding balance has been paid. Please note that we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations after you have undressed. We are unable to accommodate changes for customers in suburban or remote areas. In cases of malicious violations of our terms and conditions, a staff member will visit you to verify your identity (by presenting and copying your ID), confirm your place of employment, take photographs, and have you sign and stamp our terms and conditions document. We will then charge you 3 million yen as compensation for emotional distress and damages. If we deem the situation to constitute a criminal offense, you will be required to accompany us to the police station. By using our services, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms.
