In cases of malicious violations of our terms and conditions, a staff member will visit you to verify your identity (by presenting and copying your ID), confirm your place of employment, take photographs, and have you sign and stamp our terms and conditions document. We will then charge you 3 million yen as compensation for emotional distress and damages. If we deem the situation to constitute a criminal offense, you will be required to accompany us to the police station. By using our services, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms.
