[Please Read Carefully] To ensure our customers can use our services with peace of mind, we operate under the guidance of the local police department. ■ We strictly refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with the following prohibitions and rules of conduct: ・Persons under the age of 18 ・Persons who engage in or coerce sexual intercourse, insert fingers into the anus, or perform vigorous fingering of the genital area ・Members of organized crime groups, or persons associated with such groups, or those suspected of being associated ・Individuals engaged in scouting or solicitation ・Individuals addicted to drugs such as marijuana or narcotics, or those suspected of using such substances ・Individuals suspected of having sexually transmitted diseases, skin diseases, or infectious diseases ・Individuals who are heavily intoxicated → Please note that under no circumstances can our establishment be held responsible for any trouble caused by customers who have consumed alcohol, regardless of the amount. ・Individuals using unsanitary rooms, regardless of intent or negligence. This includes rooms unfit for service, such as those where the shower cannot be used, or individuals who refuse to bathe with the Girls. →You will be required to pay the full amount regardless of whether any service was provided. ・Individuals engaging in eavesdropping, surreptitious photography, recording, or similar acts, or those suspected of such activities ・If there are individuals other than the customer present in the guest room or at the customer’s residence →We will collect the same amount from any accompanying guests ・Customers who engage in behavior or make remarks that the Girls find offensive. ・If you make a reservation using a different number after being informed that a specific Girl has declined your request, she will arrive but will not provide service and will leave immediately; however, you will be charged the full amount. ・Customers who attempt to negotiate or solicit the Girls privately outside of their working hours without going through our agency. ・Customers who touch or steal the Girls’ personal belongings without permission. ・Anyone else whom we deem inappropriate for use of our services If any inappropriate incident occurs, we will immediately suspend service under any circumstances, and you must comply with the judgment and instructions of our staff. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases. If a woman is injured due to excessive demands for services, or due to abuse or harm inflicted upon her, you will be required to pay damages, including compensation for pain and suffering, as well as compensation for her lost wages. In the event of a sudden cancellation after booking or if we are unable to contact you, we will attempt to contact you the following day or later to collect payment. Bookings will only be accepted after any outstanding balance has been paid. Please note that we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations after you have undressed. We are unable to accommodate changes for customers in suburban or remote areas. In cases of malicious violations of our terms and conditions, a staff member will visit you to verify your identity (by presenting and copying your ID), confirm your place of employment, take photographs, and have you sign and stamp our terms and conditions document. We will then charge you 3 million yen as compensation for emotional distress and damages. If we deem the situation to constitute a criminal offense, you will be required to accompany us to the police station. By using our services, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms.
